Jotform: bring intake into the matter
Share an appropriate intake questionnaire, review the returned answers, and import them into the matching matter type. Supported import workflows include structured response files and completed PDFs. Keep the original response alongside the matter record and check mapped names, dates, finances, and family details.
Dropbox: sync and share selectively
Connect your own Dropbox account for selected matter and document workflows. Review shared-folder membership and permissions before adding a teammate or sharing a file. Subscription seats and Dropbox sharing permissions serve different purposes.
Dropbox Sign: move a document to signature
Configure the separate signature service, review the document and recipients, and send the signature request. Dropbox file sync alone does not enable Dropbox Sign. The provider handles the signing experience under its own service terms.
LawPay: collect client payments
Connect the supported payment service for hosted invoices and payment-status workflows. Review trust versus operating account mapping and reconcile completed payments. This integration handles your firm’s client payments; it is separate from purchasing a Toolkit subscription.
Lob: send physical mail
Use the configured Print & Mail service to send correspondence to a postal address and follow its delivery status. Review the recipient, document, and provider charges before sending. The provider receives the document and delivery information.
AI: choose the processing destination
Connect a supported local service or choose a cloud provider and supply your own credentials. Cloud requests transmit the selected scope. Availability and capabilities depend on the model, device, account, and configuration; all generated work needs review.
Integrations are optional and require their own configuration. Service availability, provider plans, and permissions can differ. Consult the released app’s setup guidance and the provider’s current terms before using a connection with client data.
